We are seeking a knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic bartender to provide guests with a pleasant and welcoming experience for customers. A prime candidate will have a firm understanding of classic and innovative drink recipes, the ability to craft drinks in a high paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing pleasant customer experience
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers' identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Maintain hygienic work environment
- Clean bartop, tools, tables and other supplies utilized during shift
- Remain focused on nurturing superb guest experience
- Collaborate with management to develop new and tasteful drink/food specials
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Above average knowledge of higher quality spirits
- Willing to work until early hours of morning on weekends
